Over the years, everyone from Socrates to Yoda has offered an opinion on living the good life. Why? Because living the best life we can is a common denominator among the human race. We all want it - though that doesn't mean we all want the same things. Working on this issue reminded me that while there are many ways to live well, it all begins with attitude. The good life is about living large, expressing the joy and love of life, and taking chances.
One of the articles in this issue deals with fear - another common denominator. We all face it at one time or another, and only by gaining some control over our fears can we begin to live the best life. This month's piece offers good advice on putting your fears in perspective.
